Step 1: Submit the Interest Form

Everyone planning to attend must complete the interest form:

• Ensures you receive booking instructions
• Does not commit you financially

Step 2: Erin Will Contact You

After submitting the form, Erin (our travel agent) will reach out by email.

She will:

• Confirm your details
  
• Review cabin options
  
• Explain pricing and payment plans
  
• Answer individual booking questions

Step 3: Place Your Cruise Deposit

Once you select a cabin, a deposit is required to reserve your room.

• Deposit amounts vary by cabin type
  
• Payment plans are available
  
• Cruise payments are handled directly through Erin / Royal Caribbean

Step 4: Make Payments Over Time

• Installment payments are available
  
• Final cruise payment due May 1, 2027
  
• Erin will send reminders and payment instructions
  

Step 5: You’re Booked 🎉

You’ll receive:

• Cruise confirmation
  
• Payment schedule
  
• Travel guidance
  
• Ongoing reunion updates
