Thursday, July 27 – Arrival Day (Miami)

• Fly into Miami International Airport (MIA)
  (Fort Lauderdale is also possible, but MIA is preferred)
  
• Check into the official group hotel near the airport
  
• Hotel will provide free airport shuttle
  
• Evening: Casual family meet-ups, Welcome details shared, Cruise check-in reminders.
  

No rental car needed.

Friday, July 30 – Boarding Day

• Breakfast at the hotel
  
• Group shuttle to the cruise port (coordinated for everyone)
  
• Cruise boarding typically begins around 11:00 AM
  
• All guests must be onboard by 3:00-4:00 PM
  
• Ship departs Miami in the late afternoon
  
• Evening onboard: Dinner, Shows, Exploring the ship

Saturday, July 31 – Perfect Day at CocoCay

• Ship arrives early morning
  
• Full day on Royal Caribbean’s private island
  
• Included: Beaches, Pools
  
• Ship departs late afternoon / early evening
  
• Optional: Waterpark, Cabanas, Food

Sunday, August 1 – Sea Day

• No port the ship is sailing
  
• Enjoy full access to: Pools & water slides, Kids & teen clubs, Sports courts, Shows and dining
• Planned family moments and gatherings
  (details will be shared closer to the cruise)
  

Monday, August 2 – Return Home

• Ship docks back in Miami around 6:30 AM
  
• Breakfast onboard (included)
  
• Disembarkation typically 8:30-10:00 AM
  
• Group shuttle to MIA airport
